Our Product
Brackets
KladFix Subframe Systems are the perfect combination of cost effective and high quality. They are developed from the highest specification alloys and are suitable for supporting the most straight forward to the most demanding cladding material. Start off by selecting your system, determined by project requirements, and bracket size as required.
Rails
Profiles are available in standard lengths reflecting the height of the panels that are going to be attached to them, and then are secured to the bracket using a secondary fastener. These expertly engineered rails will allow for an easy installation and a clean exterior appearance.
L and T rails are made in 2.2 mm thickness, in various sizes, and made from structural grade 6005A T6 aluminum alloy.

Technical Specifications
The Kladfix KX01 and KXH cladding support systems were evaluated to determine the clear field Uvalues, effective R-values, linear transmittance of the rails and point transmittance of the brackets for different insulation thicknesses, girt orientations, and backup wall configurations. The configurations evaluated are shown in Table 1.1 and Figure 1.3 illustrates representative backup wall types. The geometry of the cladding support attachment systems was based on drawing specifications provided in “Structural Span Tables – Kladfix KX01 and KXH Subframe Systems” report dated on October 21, 2021 (See Appendix B).
